How it works

1 · Forward your bills

Forward your property manager's bills to your RentRecon address. You choose what to send — we never see your inbox.

2 · We sort every charge

Bills your manager just passes along — water, taxes, HOA dues, insurance — are set aside. We only check work your manager controls, like repairs.

3 · See flags & dispute

If a charge is above the fair local price, we flag it and show the source. Pick the flags you want and build a dispute pack for your manager.

You'll see every charge sorted and the fair local price next to it. Anything worth questioning is flagged — with the source we used.

Does RentRecon read my email?

No. There's no inbox connection to make. You forward only the bills you choose to your RentRecon address — that's all we ever see.

Is RentRecon accusing my property manager of anything?

No. A flag means a charge is worth asking about — not an accusation. Most managers are honest. An independent check is how you know yours is.

What does it cost?

Who's behind RentRecon?

RentRecon is independent — it isn't run by a property-management company, and it never contacts yours. It was built by a data engineer who owns rentals 2,000 miles away — and got tired of bills he couldn't check.
